Sand and Sunburns

It's hard to imagine that a little over a week ago we were at the beach. It was actually warm for a March day and we even got a little sun. I didn't think we'd really need sunscreen but I should know better. My sister, Gwen, lives 10 minutes from Malibu. We went to her favorite beach, Zuma, where they used to film Baywatch. It was a fun day with the cousins. At this very moment, as I look at the snow, I wish I was back there!

How Is He FIVE?

Joshy is now five!! How did that happen? It's been a birthday week with lots of fun. We were in California visiting Gwen and he even got to go to Disneyland on his actual birthday. I think he had fun. He wasn't too big on all the attention but I think it's safe to say he's had a good birthday week. Today was the topper with the friend party at McDonalds. Give 'em a happy meal and a playland and life is good :)

Toothless Wonder

Today Taylor's front tooth has been dangling. Again, I'll say it's so gross. Tonight as he was laying in bed (coughing his brains out), he decided to pull his tooth out all by himself. He's very brave and very cute! :)

Who's Up For a Good Deal?

I love checking our THIS web page. They say their site is like Black Friday, every day. I think the good stuff is listed on the bottom half of the page. They list everything they can find that is on sale for the day. Some days there's some pretty good stuff. Just another way to waste some time :)

Ice Skating Lessons

Lauren and Kennedy decided they wanted to try ice skating lessons. We go to the Rec Center every week to watch them skate. They are both really good and both want to do it again. Lauren doesn't get into competetive sports too much like basketball and soccer but she seems to be enjoying this. We'll see how it goes.

One More to Go

Taylor let Parley pull his tooth out last night. I, of course, had to be in the other room. It gives me the willies just thinking about it. He was very brave. The next one is VERY loose, too. It won't be long. He'll look so cute missing his two front teeth. Hopefully it won't take them a year to grow in like it did Lauren's.
