Downtown

Our tradition seems to be to go to Downtown Disney the night before we go to the park.  You can feel the "buzz" of excitement in the air and it gets us all so excited to go the next morning.  It's also so much easier to pick-up our prepaid tickets the night before so we are ready to hit the ground running.  The Lego store and BIG Disney store are highlights!

Another Day at the Beach

We just can't get enough of the beach and every spare moment we had, we spent at the beach.  It still wasn't long enough for Taylor.  The sun was out with no fog!

Ahhhh... This is the Good Life

Grandma and Grandpa took us on a trip to California.  You can't go to California without going to the beach.  So within an hour or two of our arrival, we were packed up and headed to Zuma Beach.  Thanks Gwen for the food, beach supplies and the great weather.  This was the first time my kids have been to the beach when it has been above 70 degrees!

First Day of School 2012

Bring on another year.  Lauren is an 8th grader, Taylor rules the school being a 6th grader and Josh is a happy 3rd grader.  Taylor was a little nervous about going but all went well. 

Grandpa's 80th Birthday Party

Parley's dad turned 80 this year.  We had a great time celebrating him.  All of his 6 kids were there with many grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  We are so grateful for him and all that he does for the family!!  Happy Birthday!!  That's a picture of big Taylor and little Taylor.  So cute!

Rocket Man

Parley brought the fun rocket stuff again.  The kids and grown-ups have a good time!

SHARC

Sunriver built an awesome new aquatic center with slides, a lazy river and a year-round tubing hill.  It wasn't as warm of weather as we would have wanted for swimming, but it was so, so fun.  We would bike there, swim and then go to the tubing hill and bike home.  Lots of play and good sleeps at night!

Sunriver 2012

This year was our year to go to Sunriver.  It is more fun than we deserve.  The kids have a hard time deciding which is more fun, Sunriver or Disneyland.  It was sad this year without Grammy, but we powered through it and had a great time rembering her and burrying her ashes.  We are forever grateful for her strong desire and help with keeping all of the family close.  Viva Rosenberry Family!

Boating and Camping at Starvation

This year our friends, the Johnsons, invited us to go boating and camping with them.  As always, we had a great time.  Parley is a great skiier and Taylor got on the tube.  The rest of us had a fun time watching, boating and swimming.  Thanks to the Johnsons!!
